Re-balance your health system

Together we'll look at your current situation and apply a holistic approach which takes into account your diet, daily routine, lifestyle and social environment.

I'll have a look at your imbalances and from thereon set up a tailored action plan. This action plan will be the foundation to re - balance your wellbeing.

The tailored advice can range from adjustments to your already existing meal plan, to physical movement, raising awareness (intuitive eating, being present in the moment, ...) to breath-work to stress-management or herbal remedies.
Intake of 30mins

2 x consultation of 60 - 90mins (4 weeks apart)
*
Follow up after 4 - 6 weeks
